The Hasserton is a sleek take on the waterfront home. This multi-level design exudes modern chic as well as the comfort of a family cottage. Sometimes it's the small things that make the biggest difference. That's why no kitchen is complete without Phantom's retractable screens.

A perfect integration

As with any lakefront home, one of the most important design elements is to preserve the outside views. With the addition of Phantom’s motorized retractable screens, Wayne Visbeen of Visbeen Architects was able to blend both the indoor and outdoor living spaces while assuring maximum views of the waterfront from the patio.
