Your satisfaction doesn’t stop with installation. We offer the best warranty in the industry, bar none! Our warranty is the best in the industry. If you have a problem with our screens, we want to get it fixed for you right away. Our limited lifetime warranty covers the screen components (not including the mesh) to the original purchaser for their lifetime in their home. We also include a labor warranty that covers the delivery and installation of the warranted components for the first 24 months.

- Contact your local distributor for service.
- Include your proof of purchase with your claim details.
- Once the distributor reviews your claim, examine the screen, if necessary, and deems that indeed we need to make it right, one of our professionals will come to your home for a service call and make the necessary repairs and/or replacements as appropriate.
