Excellent product but overpriced. Recommend this only if you have a non standard size door, otherwise buy a standard size one from a hardware store and install it yourself. It’s easy to do with few tools. Phantom has a life time warranty so you can factor that into your purchase decision.

Service rating : We installed 6 screens, installers were very nice and friendly, highly professional and detail oriented.
Product : High end screen installed by professional installers. They don't come cheap though.
The downside is that rescreening will cost ~$300 (technician fee included) in case your dog destroys the screen (Ahm ahm...), so apparently they are not pet proof...
So the product gets 5 stars for what it is.
Tip - get screen decals, you'll thank me for that!

The installer arrived on time, disassembled our old hidden screen door quickly and installed the new one - all in about 30 or 40 minutes.

I’m very pleased with the whole process of ordering, installation and the entire process. They are very professional and the screen is great and works exactly as I would expect. I can relax on my balcony now in comfort. Before I could not even go out there because of the strong afternoon sun so I now have an extra room to my condo
