This is my third house with Phantom screens, and I continue to love them!

Product : Very good product. From ordering to installing it took only a couple of weeks. Installation took only 30-45 minutes with no mess. I would recommend this company if you need an unobtrusive door screen.

Product : In the Reno Nevada area, our purchase was a lot less than what we expected.

1 - the agent made a mistake when he came to measure. He got one door mixed up as to which side the retractor went to. He had to order an entire new screen.
2 - he said he wouldn't be back until spring because he did not feel safe driving on the roads during winter. Thousands of people drove the same roads and had no problems.
3 - I had to call him in spring as to when he would be out.
4 - three of the four screens he installed do not work properly. They hang up and do not slide properly. I have used the silicone lubricant he provided and they still work poorly.

I am reluctant to call him for repairs but I have to. It's a huge waste of money to not be able to use them.

Excellent product but overpriced. Recommend this only if you have a non standard size door, otherwise buy a standard size one from a hardware store and install it yourself. It’s easy to do with few tools. Phantom has a life time warranty so you can factor that into your purchase decision.
