Where should the screen be mounted?

Depending on your needs and your window type, our experts will mount your retractable window screens in the way that’s best for you and your lifestyle.

  • Recessed Mount

    Tucked away and out of sight, a recessed mount is typically done during construction. The entire unit, including tracks and rollers, can be recessed directly into columns, archways, wood, brick, stucco, concrete, stone – you name it!

  • Surface Mount

    Surface mount can be added to existing structures and often done during renovations so you can extend your indoor and outdoor space. Mounted onto columns, wood, concrete or stucco, it can be color matched to the material of your home to maintain your decor.

      We decided to go with motorized screen on our elevated porch to give us the freedom to enjoy the outdoors during nice weather and to keep the space clean and dry when the pollen is blowing in Tennessee. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. At the touch of a button we can go from fully enclosed to wide open spaces. With the ability to control each blind individually, or all 3 at once, it takes just seconds to configure our outdoor space to block the wind or keep the sun out. Very satisfied with our choice.
