We are seeking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager who possesses high attention-to-detail, can recognize opportunities and pivot where needed, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our ideal Marketing Manager is a highly motivated creative thinker who is hungry to drive our brand growth and market expansion. In this role you will manage, plan, implement and monitor communication goals, strategies and programs that support Phantom’s aggressive business objectives and consumer target audiences. This role ensures alignment between Phantom’s vision and marketing programs and develops the critical value propositions, key messages, sales tools that resonate with internal stakeholders and target customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 10 years’ marketing experience in leadership and management of team of Communications professionals.
  • 2 to 4 years post-secondary education in a Marketing discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing marketing campaigns through multiple retail channels including e-commerce platforms
  • Demonstrated strategic planning experience; ability to build a roadmap for the marketing function including marketing plans, calendar, and budget
  • Proven understanding and working knowledge of brand strategy, brand building, and brand management
  • Able to accomplish multiple and changing priorities by appropriately structuring workflow
  • Ability to travel throughout the USA and Canada
