Service rating : Your agent in Colorado didn’t send me an invoice for over 1 year, sent the receivable to collections and then sent us a bill...and the what they installed has never worked properly

Service rating : The screen is sturdy and service is good. Big problem is at it is invisible and has been run into several times

Service rating : The service provided by the installer was excellent....he was neat, professional and courteous. The screen itself is perfect for our home. We are now able to have a breeze airway between the front door and the sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The fact that the screen rolls up into the housing is an awesome future allowing us to maintain the beauty of our glass door when the screen is not in use.
Product : The purchase of the phantom screen was practical in use and reasonable in price.

See this exchange on FeefoSo Sorry, the solicitation for review came from Feefo, and the only thing we bought was a screen printed shirt. We assumed Phatom screen was the screen printer. So sorry.
We purchased the Phatom Screen back in July and it is the best screen ever. It rolls away when it is not needed leaving clean clear Sight lines when the doors are closed and a great insect barrier when the doors are open. Installation went smoothly and professionally neat and cleaned up after installation was completed.
I apologize for the poor rating not knowing who Feefo was.

Service rating : We were extremely impressed with their service and workmanship, plus the quality of the product. Although ours was considered a smaller project (one large motorized screen, one roller screen slide door), Casper still took the time to educate us on the product, recommend solutions and describe how they would install the products on our back patio which included having to move a support column and attach flashing panels to the siding for mounting the screen tracks (which would match the existing house trim color). Casper was quality-minded, including his concern for how aesthetically the final installation would look, a testimony to his goal of quality workmanship. We previously had another local company come out and review the project. The sales lady, although very nice, didn't know much about anything, had no real solutions, and instead gave us beautiful brochures on huge, expensive outdoor installations. She also said we'd have to basically cut the existing siding out for the track installation (which, as Casper later said, would have demeaned the moisture integrity of the outside wall.) Yes, we would most definitely recommend Phantom Screens.

Service rating : There was some delay in receiving the order, twice, but the product is a good deal for the price.....so far. The representative that did the measuring and installation is phenomenal.

Service rating : The service was perfect and the product is wonderful. We recently got two puppies and until they settle down, we can't use it. One of them's first lunge dislodged the screen from the frame. I'll get it fixed when the weather gets warmer.
