Esther is a Certified General Accountant and accomplished team leader with a solid background in finance and administration. She joined Phantom Screens at its inception in 1992 and has successfully grown the organization into the leading manufacturer and marketer of retractable screens in North America.
In addition to providing leadership to the entire organization, Esther retains a focus on accounting, finance and administrative functions of the company. Esther’s diverse background, together with many years of financial management experience, gives her the skills to effectively manage this rapidly growing corporation.
Ron Somers, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Ron is a seasoned marketing professional who brings over 30 years of sales and marketing experience to the Phantom team. Since joining Phantom in 1998, Ron has taken on the responsibility of leading the company’s sales, marketing and distribution functions. His focus on brand leadership, channel expansion and product development gives the company a competitive edge to strengthen its leadership in the retractable screens market category.
Prior to joining Phantom, Ron was a Senior Vice President for Pennzoil Products Co., responsible for European sales and marketing for this global industry leader. Ron has extensive international and senior management experience and the depth to manage Phantom’s ongoing growth.
