The Tricklebrook

The Tricklebrook proves that a beautiful, spacious home can be designed even in a tight or narrow lot. Charming and full of personality, this lakefront home was designed with abundant windows to let in maximum natural lights and take advantage of the home's breathtaking views. Its unique roof lines and overhangs with stone and shingle accents complete this eye-catching bungalow.

Living large in a small space

“As small as it is in footprint, the fun thing about the home is it lives so large” says Wayne Visbeen, architect and designer of the Tricklebrook. The front and back door are both located in the center of the home and connect with a corridor that leads off into the living room, kitchen and stair case. Off the living room is the screened-in porch which transitions to the outdoor seating area and showcases the breathtaking views of the lake. Unique roof lines and overhangs complete this eye-catching bungalow.
